How we handle your information.
Last updated 13 October 2026.
Grand Entry ("we") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019. This notice explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us in the enquiry form or the entry planner: your name, company, email address, phone number, location, the services you are interested in, your plan and your message.
- Your email address, if you subscribe to The Entry Brief.
- The content of any email or WhatsApp message you send us.
- A one-way scrambled version of your internet address, used only to block spam and repeated submissions.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- To prepare a proposal and deliver services you engage us for.
- To send The Entry Brief, if you subscribe. Every issue includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where needed to serve you: with licensed partner professionals working on your engagement, with partner tour operators if you ask us to introduce you, and with the providers who host our website and email. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the period the law requires us to keep engagement records.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
