Explore Kenya

Tour Kenya while we work.

Entering a new market takes weeks of filings, approvals and appointments, and most of that work does not need you in the room. While we move your files, step out and see the country you are investing in. We connect you with licensed tour operators we trust and plan every trip around the steps that need you in person.

How it works

Three steps, and your entry never pauses.

We keep working on your files while you travel, and update you every week by email or WhatsApp.

  1. Tell us your window

We map the weeks when nothing needs you in person, from the timeline in your proposal or the entry planner.

  2. We match an operator

We introduce a licensed partner operator suited to your interests, group and budget.

  3. You travel, we work

Your filings, follow-ups and approvals keep moving, and we flag anything that needs you.

Questions

Travelling while we work.

If your question is not here, a partner will answer it on a discovery call.

Ask us directly
Do you run the tours yourselves?

No. Grand Entry handles your entry. For travel, we recommend independent, licensed tour operators we trust, and you agree your itinerary and terms with them directly.

Will travelling slow down my entry?

No. Most of the work is filings and follow-up that do not need you present. A few steps can, such as biometric capture for foreign national registration, bank account opening and signing documents, and we plan your trips around them.

Can I travel while my work permit is being processed?

Yes. Visiting Kenya and touring are fine on the right entry authorisation. What you cannot do is work before your permit or pass is issued, and we make sure the two never get mixed up.

Do I need a visa to visit Kenya?

Most visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorisation before they fly, while nationals of most African countries are exempt. We confirm the current requirements for your nationality, including any travel health cover, before you book.

Can my family or team come along?

Yes. Many clients bring family members or colleagues, and the operators we recommend plan private trips for groups of every size.
